Student Representative

The Southwest College Health Association announced new officers for 2008-2009 at the Annual Business Meeting on October 7th, 2008.

We now open the call for nominations for New Mexico State Representative (with the Election of Bev Kloeppel to President-Elect) and for Student Representative (two positions open with the resignation of Sahil Segal and the vacancy that exists already). Submit nominations by December 1st, 2008.

To be eligible, the nominee must be on the staff of an institution of higher education within the five state area of SWCHA and be an individual regular member of SWCHA during the term of office. Terms of office are one year.

Each of these positions holds an important role in our organization and helps to steer and grow the Association toward our mission of improving the health of those we serve.

If you wish to nominate yourself, or a fellow colleague, please submit your nominations, along with a short paragraph describing the candidate, where they are employed, and why they are interested in serving as a the New Mexico State Representative or as a Student Representative.
