Sponsors and Exhibitors
Sponsorships are an excellent way to get your name in front of our most active members! We offer numerous opportunities for organizations interested in supporting the SWCHA and RMCHA Annual Meeting. Sponsorship can be in the form of an unrestricted grant (i.e., SWCHA can choose where it's most needed), or a restricted grant (i.e., you specify how you would like SWCHA to use the funds). Grant / Sponsorship levels can vary. Please refer to the Sponsor Levels List below for information. (Exhibition and registration fees are included in Sponsorship levels of $1,500 or higher.)
The cost to exhibit 'only' is $450 (if received by July 31, 2010) or $550 if received after July 31, 2010.

The 2010 Annual Meeting of SWCHA & RMCHA will back up to the International Balloon Fiesta, so come early to enjoy the festivities! Albuquerque is located only 60 miles from Santa Fe; the new Rail Runner Express train is available for quick trips between Albuquerque and Santa Fe.
